I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Sanpellegrino and JRE-Nederland for choosing to tell a part of my story through this video. Thank you for giving voice not only to my work, but also to the very essence of who I am and what I do.
It was moving to see fragments of my daily life come alive on screen: the precious time spent at home with friends, where laughter and conversation create genuine moments of sharing; the hours in the garden, hands in the soil, where every plant and sprout teaches me patience, care, and respect for what grows — a philosophy I learned from my grandfather: we are what we cultivate.
And then there is the rhythm of the restaurant — a space I have shaped into more than just a dining room, but an extension of my home. Here, every dish tells a story, and every glance exchanged with a guest builds a bridge that connects cultures, memories, and flavors.
The video captured what I believe in most: a cuisine rooted in my Italian heritage — the farming traditions of the Agro Pontino and a devotion to quality ingredients — blended with the freshness and seasonality of local products from the Veluwe in the Netherlands.
I am truly grateful for this opportunity, for the sensitivity with which my world has been portrayed, and for allowing my voice to be heard. At its core, my journey is about conviviality, hospitality, and using food as a way to create connections and emotions. Thank you for sharing that dream with me, and with everyone who believes in the beauty of culinary storytelling.
